One client, a senior corporate executive with more than $1 million in retirement plan assets, had his retirement assets spread among a traditional IRA, 401(k), ROTH IRA, and corporate pension plan. He wanted to know when he could retire, whether he had saved enough, and what accounts he should use for income distribution.
Solution
After collecting all the details on his accounts and post-retirement aspirations, we created a customized financial plan. This living document became his financial roadmap. The plan estimated expenses and income and showed him the potential growth of investments with varying degrees of risk, including the impact of inflation and taxes over time.
