After Wednesday’s market volatility, the S&P hit a new high on Thursday. Walter was featured on BBC’s World Business Report to discuss the Federal Reserve’s Rate Cut and how markets in the US and around the globe are responding. He discussed why the decision was made to cut 50 basis points, and what we can expect going forward.
